12. Discussion and possible action to set a Public Hearing on the Proposed Tax Rate of 0.384549 at the
Fannin County Courthouse on August 18, 2026 at 8:45 a.m., with a vote on the 2026 Proposed Tax Rate to occur on the same day at the 9:00 a.m. regular meeting of Commissioners Court – County Judge
13. Discussion and possible action to approve renewal of the Texas DMV Imposition of Optional Fees for calendar year 2027 per Texas Transportation Code, Chapter 502 –Tax Assessor/Collector
14. Discussion and possible action to approve 2026-2027 positions and salaries – County Auditor
15. Discussion and possible action to approve Short Plat for Alexa’s Acres on CR 2275 in Telephone; 5 lots at 4.92-4.924 acres each, Property ID# R000144302 – Development Services Director
16. Discussion and possible action to go out for Request for Proposals for Justice Center Security Service; RFP 2026-004 – Purchasing Agent
17. Discussion and possible action to go out for Request for Proposals for small animal capture, transport, impound services and rabies control; RFP 2026-005 – Purchasing Agent
18. Discussion and possible action to approve using $1,500 from Contingency for new tires for the Facilities Management Coordinator’s truck – Purchasing Agent
19. Discussion and possible action to approve using up to $4,000 from Contingency for a new Motorola Radio for Constable PCT 2; a portion of the radio to be paid from Constable Precinct 2 – Purchasing Agent
20. Discussion and possible action to approve Road Material Justification Form to purchase slag from TMS International; amount not to exceed $50,000; to be divided and paid from each Precinct’s rock and gravel budgets - Purchasing Agent
21. Discussion and possible action to keep the Purchasing Agent office on the third floor of the Courthouse after the move to the Justice Center – Purchasing Agent
