Top brands and restaurants join growing list of Fields West’s curated tenant list

Frisco, Texas -- The Karahan Companies, developers of Fields West, recently signed an additional seven new leases to its growing list of high-end retailers and world-class restaurants, with 44 leases now signed within the pedestrian-friendly environment at Fields West.

Fields West, the vision of renowned developer Fehmi Karahan and part of the overall Fields development in Frisco, will feature 360,000 square feet of shopping, dining and entertainment. Positioned above the retail and restaurant offerings will be 350,000 square feet of Class A office space along with 1,150 high-end urban residences, developed by Columbus Realty Partners.

SHOP Companies of Dallas is leading Fields West’s successful leasing. Fields West, which went vertical with its construction in fall 2025, is currently 75% pre-leased. These new brands join the impressive list of previously announced retailers at Fields West, which features a diverse mix of national brands, boutique retailers, and first-to-market locations, such as Bloomies, showcasing some of the most sought-after names in fashion, beauty, and home décor. Raising the bar for North Texas dining, Fields West will feature a thoughtfully curated lineup of restaurants spanning beloved local concepts and celebrated national names, including the first DFW location of Mastro’s Steakhouse.

The Fields West opening is planned to occur over a sequenced period starting in late 2027 and continuing into 2028.  

Fields, located in north Frisco off the Dallas North Tollway, is home to the PGA of America Headquarters, Omni PGA Frisco Resort & Spa with two 18-hole championship golf courses, and the country’s first Universal Studios Kids Resort, which opened in early July. With an interconnected design, Fields features 25 miles of hike-and-bike trails that connect to Frisco’s broader citywide trail system.
