Discussion and possible action to approve US Imaging, Inc. to scan and digitize Civil Record books on-site for a fee of $41,504.46; to be paid from account 193-300-1620 (Records Preservation) and will work with auditor to transfer these funds to new line item 193-545-4250 (Professional Services) – Purchasing Agent for District Clerk

18. Discussion and possible action to approve a one-time severance of 1.023 acres from an 83.09-acre tract on County Road 2040 in Ravenna – Development Services Director

19. Discussion and possible action to approve Preliminary Plat for Hidden Oaks development on CR 2980 in Windom; 43 lots 1+ acre lots on 58.097 acres, Property ID#s 75788, 75787 and 1821 – Development Services Director

20. Discussion and possible action to create Policy to implement the use of and reimbursement of Health Cards for Commercial Driver’s License holders – Commissioner Precinct 3

21. Discussion and possible action regarding purchase of a used Pugmill (creates oil sand) by Precinct 3; $20,000 – Commissioner Precinct 3

22. Discussion and possible action to nominate one candidate to fill the vacancy on the Fannin County Central Appraisal District Board of Directors – County Judge
