PUBLIC NOTICE

 

This is official notice that there will be a Public Hearing at 5:00 pm, Monday, December 15, 2025, in the Council Chambers of the Sherman City Hall, 220 W. Mulberry St., Sherman, Texas, for the following Ordinances. The Meeting at which these Ordinances are to be considered is open to the public as required by law.

 

ORDINANCE NO. 6905

Authorizing the Issuance of "CITY OF SHERMAN, TEXAS, LIMITED TAX NOTES, SERIES 2026"; Specifying the Terms and Features of Such Notes; Levying a Continuing Direct Annual Ad Valorem Tax for the Payment of Such Notes; and Resolving Other Matters Incident and Related Thereto, Including the Approval and Execution of a Paying Agent/Registrar Agreement and the Approval and Distribution of an Official Statement and Providing an Effective Date
