This is official notice that there will be a Public Hearing at 4:00 pm, Monday, April 15, 2024, in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 220 W. Mulberry, Sherman, Texas, for the following Ordinances. The Meeting at which these Ordinances are to be considered is open to the public as required by law.

Amending Sherman's Zoning Ordinance/Code Of Ordinances Chapter 14, To Rezone A Tract Of Land Consisting Of 0.103 acres being a part of the J.B.
