McKinney Air Center receives national recognition as top service provider

McKINNEY, Texas (April 1, 2024) – McKinney Air Center, the city's fixed-based operator at McKinney National Airport, has been rated among the top 10 percent service providers in the 2024 AIN FBO Survey: The Americas. The survey, released on Friday, evaluated thousands of aircraft handling facilities, with McKinney Air Center standing out as one of the best in the industry.

In addition to this prestigious recognition, McKinney Air Center also boasts the highest-ranking line service in the state of Texas. The AIN FBO Survey assessed facilities based on five key categories: line service, passenger amenities, pilot amenities, facilities, and customer service. McKinney Air Center excelled in all areas, showcasing its comprehensive approach to meeting the needs of its clients.

Michelle King, a Customer Service Representative at McKinney Air Center, was also honored with AIN's Above and Beyond recognition. This accolade highlights individuals who consistently go above and beyond their call of duty, demonstrating their exceptional commitment to customer satisfaction. King has been employed by the City of McKinney for more than 10 years.
