The AIN FBO Survey assessed facilities based on five key categories: line service, passenger amenities, pilot amenities, facilities, and customer service. McKinney Air Center excelled in all areas, showcasing its comprehensive approach to meeting the needs of its clients.

Michelle King, a Customer Service Representative at McKinney Air Center, was also honored with AIN's Above and Beyond recognition. This accolade highlights individuals who consistently go above and beyond their call of duty, demonstrating their exceptional commitment to customer satisfaction. King has been employed by the City of McKinney for more than 10 years.
