Durant, Oklahoma -- Ashley McBryde has become one of country music’s top rising stars. With numerous top 30 songs, award nominations, wins and other accolades, this "Girl Goin’ Nowhere" has made her mark on the country music scene.

McBryde closed out 2019 with ACM New Female Artist, CMT Breakout Artist, a New Artist of the Year win at the 53rd Annual CMA Awards and two nominations for the 2020 GRAMMYs for Best Country Song and Best Country Solo Performance for “Girl Goin’ Nowhere.”

McBryde’s GRAMMY-winning duet with Carly Pearce, “Never Wanted To Be That Girl,” went to No. 1 and earned McBryde and Pearce the ACM and CMA awards for Musical Event of the Year. McBryde was also honored with the 2022 CMA International Artist Achievement Award for the most significant creative growth, development, and promotion of the country music industry outside of the United States.

McBryde recently wrapped The Judds: The Final Tour with Wynonna and joined her collaborators and special guests for two sold-out nights at the Ryman Auditorium for Ashley McBryde Presents Lindeville Live on February 15-16. McBryde is slated to play headlining shows, festivals, and three dates with Eric Church on The Outsiders Revival Tour this spring and summer. The Grand Theater inside Choctaw Casino & Resort – Durant was nominated for the Academy of Country Music’s “Casino of the Year – Theater” award.

The Grand Theater has taken home this award twice in the past. The 2024 ACM Awards will take place on Thursday, May 16 with Choctaw Casinos & Resorts as the official casino sponsor.

Established in 1966, the Academy of Country Music Awards is the longest-running Country Music awards show and made history in 2022 as the first major awards ceremony to exclusively livestream, in partnership with Prime Video. This year’s show marks its return to Texas for the second consecutive year after the 2023 show was one of the most watched awards shows of the year.
