This is official notice that there will be a Public Hearing at 5:00 pm, Monday, November 20, 2023, in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 220 W. Mulberry, Sherman, Texas, for the following Ordinance. The Meeting at which this Item is to be considered is open to the public as required by law.

An Ordinance by the City Council of the City of Sherman, Texas, Confirming and Validating the Reauthorization of the Levy and Collection of a Sales and Use Tax of One-Eighth (1/8) of One Percent to Provide Revenue for the Maintenance and Repair of Municipal Streets, as Authorized by Chapter 327 of the Texas Tax Code; Providing for a Repealing Clause and an Effective Date
