Bonham, Texas -- The timing couldn't have been better. On the first brisk fall morning of the year, bicycle enthusiasts converged on Bonham for the Autumn in Bonham Bike Rally.
The Bonham Area Chamber of Commerce brought this event to historical downtown Bonham this year; Autumn in Bonham was established in 1982, but the last bike rally was held in 2019.
Autumn in Bonham offered riders four paved routes and two gravel routes through the peaceful, pastoral settings of rural Fannin County. For the first time, bicyclists cruised by Bois d'Arc Lake.
Vendors and food trucks were set up downtown and entertainment was part of this event. Singer/songwriter Cassandra Hashert took the stage at noon, followed by the Buzz Andrews Band at 1:00 p.m.
