Certified Executive Chef, Corporate Chef, and Director of Culinary Innovation for one of the Largest Supermarket chains in the country, Chris Wilson, invites you along with the Creative Arts Center to join in interactive and hands on classes in the Culinary Arts!
On Friday, October 6 at 6:00 p.m., join Chef Chris Wilson as he teaches the basics of making cheese and gives students hands-on experience at making their own mozzarella.
