CLEBURNE RAILROADERS ANNOUNCE STADIUM NAMING RIGHTS PARTNERSHIP WITH LA MODERNA

Cleburne, TX  — The home of the Cleburne Railroaders is now La Moderna Field.

 La Moderna is a family-owned business that has produced high-quality pasta since 1920 and employs more than 100 people in the Cleburne area alone. The company has been a key supporter of the Railroaders’ Home Plate Project and other local initiatives, including Friday Night Fireworks.

When the Railroaders play their season six home opener on May 23 against the Chicago Dogs, fans will be greeted by prominent La Moderna signage positioned throughout the ballpark, including marquee branding at the stadium’s entrance, behind home plate, and other areas outside the stadium.

A pre-game ribbon cutting ceremony at 5:00 p.m. will provide a first glimpse and celebrate the continued partnership between The Railroaders and La Moderna, which was formed ahead of the 2021 season. There will also be pregame festivities and postgame fireworks show presented by La Moderna.

Besides the action on the field, the season has plenty of new food and fun in store for fans. For all Friday night home games and on Opening Day, the stadium will assume the unofficial title of “The Pasta Bowl,” with the teams sporting special “Pasta City” jerseys. The promotional schedule for the summer will feature several theme nights and giveaways including La Moderna Friday Night Fireworks, Zach Nehrir and Rafael Palmeiro bobblehead giveaways, and Wednesday night dollar hot dogs.

It wouldn’t be a new baseball season without new ballpark menu items.  Concessions joining the mix for 2023 include La Moderna specialty pasta dishes, local favorites Loaf’n Dog Hot Dogs and Stone Trough Mercantile Sangria, soft serve ice cream and Lone River Ranch Water.
