Ector, Texas -- The Ector Beautification Association is accepting donations to build a pavilion at Dulaney Park in Ector.  The park currently boasts a walking trail, playground equipment, tether ball, disc golf, benches and picnic tables.  The Ector Beautification Association has worked hard at fundraisers through the past few years to accomplish these things.

A pavilion will allow individuals, families, and other groups to hold birthday parties, reunions, church functions, and numerous other activities at the park.  The pavilion will provide shelter from inclement weather as well as a concrete floor to add stability for those with balance issues.  Picnic tables will be under the pavilion and electricity will be available.

A local builder/contractor has generously committed to building the pavilion at no cost for his labor. This alone will be a huge savings to the overall cost.

An Ector citizen is issuing a $1,000 challenge to local businesses, organizations and individuals in order to expedite the building of the pavilion in a timely manner.  Of course, all donations will gladly be accepted. Donors will be provided with a tax identification 501 (c)(3) form for tax purposes.

Anyone who participates in the challenge will be recognized in a permanent display at the park once the pavilion is completed.

Recognition levels are as follows:

Bronze-----$500-$999
Silver-------$1,000-$2999
Gold--------$3,000-$4999
Platinum---$5,000 and above

All donations of $100 or more will also be recognized in the permanent display at the park once the pavilion is completed.

Please join the Ector Beautification Association in this effort that will benefit the entire community for many years to come.

The Ector Beautification Association is a 501(c)(3) that was established in 2011 to enhance the beauty of the community of Ector and create a park for all ages to enjoy.  It is a free-standing entity not affiliated with the City of Ector.
