9. Discussion, consideration and action to approve Election Judges for County Elections for September 1, 2022 through August 31, 2023 in accordance with Texas Election Code 32.002 – County Judge for County Clerk
10. Discussion, consideration and action to purchase a high speed election scanner; $56,115.00 to be taken out of Contingency (100-509-4750) – County Judge for County Auditor and County Clerk
11. Observance of Order signed by 336th Judicial District Judge Laurine Blake to set the salary of the County Auditor to $79,553.31 beginning October 1, 2022 thru December 31, 2022 – County Judge for District Clerk
12. Observance of Order signed by 336th Judicial District Judge Laurine Blake to set the salary of the County Auditor as amended the salary shall be $92,281.84 beginning January 1, 2023 thru September 30, 2023 – County Judge for District Clerk
13. Observance of Order signed by 336th Judicial District Judge Laurine Blake to set the base salary of the Official Court Reporter to $102,335.79 for budget year 2022-2023 - County Judge for District Clerk
14. Discussion, consideration and action regarding installing a No Parking sign on the west end of Amy Way in the cul-de-sac in Precinct 4 – Commissioner Precinct 4
15. Discussion, consideration and action to approve Short Plat for TC Williams Addition in Ector, Property ID# 70960; 5 lots from 1.00-1.70 acres – Commissioner Precinct 1 for Development Services Director
16. Discussion, consideration and action regarding Fannin County Lease with American Tower – County Judge for County Purchasing Agent
17. Discussion, consideration and action to approve agreement with Function 4 for two color copiers, County Clerk and Sheriff’s Office; $268.78 per month – County Judge for Purchasing Agent
18. Discussion, consideration and action to approve revised contract with Eikon Consulting Group for Architectural Services of the future Fannin County Justice Center – County Judge
19. Discussion, consideration and action to approve Otis Elevator Maintenance Contract for the Courthouse (March 9, 2023 – March 8, 2024) and have County Judge sign on behalf of the County; $289.00 per month, paid annually, which includes a 15% discount – County Judge for Purchasing Agent
20. Discussion, consideration and action to purchase a Fujitsu Scanner and HP Laser Jet printer for Purchasing Agent office from Contingency; amount not to exceed $1,500.00 – County Judge for Purchasing Agent
21. Report of monies collected by the Justice of the Peace Precinct 2 office for July 2022; $988.00 – County Judge (for JP 2)
22. Discussion, consideration and action to approve renewal of TAC Risk Management Pool’s Liability Programs: Auto Liability and Physical Damage, Law Enforcement, Public Officials and General Liability, for December 11, 2022 – December 11, 2023 and authorize County Judge to sign renewal questionnaire on behalf of Fannin County – County Judge for County Auditor
23. Discussion, consideration and action to place $78,973.00 into line item 220-622-3410 (Rock & Gravel) for Precinct 2 received from Bell Concrete for the development of the road leading to a new concrete plant in Trenton– Commissioner Precinct 2 for County Auditor
24. Discussion, consideration and action to approve payment of $500.00 to Cooper-Sorrells for indigent burial – County Judge for County Auditor
25. Discussion, consideration and action to approve payment of bills – County Judge for County Auditor
26. EXECUTIVE SESSION: Consultation with Attorney - a closed meeting will be held pursuant to Section 551.071 of the Government Code to (1) seek the advice of its attorney regarding: (A) pending or contemplated litigation; or (B) a settlement offer; or (2) on a matter in which the duty of the attorney to the governmental body under the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct of the State Bar of Texas clearly conflicts with this chapter – regarding Courthouse contracts – County Judge
27. EXECUTIVE SESSION: Deliberation regarding Real Property - a closed meeting will be held pursuant to §551.072 of the Government Code for deliberation regarding the purchase, exchange, lease, or value of real property where deliberation in an open meeting would have a detrimental effect on the position of the governmental body in negotiations with a third person– regarding county owned property in City of Bonham – County Judge
