Fannin County, Texas -- The Fannin County Justice of the Peace and Municipal Courts will attempt to bring closure to open cases in their courts by directing law enforcement to take into custody any individual found to have an Arrest Warrant for unresolved Misdemeanor Class C cases filed in these courts throughout Fannin County;

Justice of the Peace, Pct. 1, Pct. 2, and Pct.3

City Courts for, Bonham, Ector, Honey Grove, Ladonia, Leonard, Savoy and Trenton

If you have an unresolved Misdemeanor Class “C” case with a Fannin County Court you may resolve and avoid arrest and additional fees to include denial of your Driver’s License renewal by;

Appearing at the Court prior to April 01, 2022, or contacting the court by published method for that Fannin County Court with the case.
