Collin County, Texas -- TxDOT has developed a Public Meeting summary documenting the Public Meeting for the Spur 399 Extension held on October 21, 2021. It is available here for your review.
 
The summary includes all materials presented and provides a response to all comments TxDOT received during the official comment period.

The project team is currently working to complete all environmental studies and reports and advancing schematic design. We anticipate hosting a Public Hearing in Summer 2022.

 At this Public Hearing, TxDOT will announce its Preferred Alternative and present its Schematic Design for your review and comment. The Draft Environmental Impact Statement (DEIS) document, updated Alternatives Analysis Matrix, and additional environmental findings will also be presented.
