Bonham, Texas -- Every downtown is unique, but they all have one thing in common -- every downtown is a direct reflection of its community. Downtown Bonham business owners and merchants are being encouraged to fill out a survey that will help city leaders continue developing a master plan.
Texas Downtown Association has an online survey that can be completed by March 15.
Bonham is on the verge of great change. With the restoration of the 1888 Fannin County Courthouse, improvements to State Highway 121 and the next two major reservoirs in Texas under construction in Fannin County, this is a watershed moment for the county and Bonham, in particular.
Downtown business owners and merchants, Bonham Chamber of Commerce members, citizens, non-profits and others can fill out the survey to share their vision for a better Bonham as growth transforms the Star of North Texas.
