The mixed-use development
will include up to 969 homes

Anna, Texas  – On Tuesday, Dec. 14, Anna City Council approved a development agreement with Bloomfield Homes for Crystal Park, a 390-acre mixed-use development west of U.S. Highway 75 and south of Farm-to-Market 455. The agreement includes a pre-annexation agreement and development standards consistent with the Anna 2050 Comprehensive Plan.

“It is always a pleasure to work with Bloomfield Homes because they provide a quality product and do what they say they are going to do,” said Anna Mayor Nate Pike. “Crystal Park will be a one-of-a-kind mixed-use development providing unique amenities and a variety of housing options for Anna neighbors.”

Up to 969 single-family homes will be available and various community amenities. Additionally, frontage property along U.S. Highway 75 will feature commercial properties, multi-family development and a professional campus.

“We are excited to continue investing in Anna and believe that Crystal Park will be a sought-after address for many prospective homeowners,” said Bloomfield Homes Chairman Don Dykstra. “Anna provides a great location, good school district, and small-town feel that many people are looking for in a community.”

The project will generate more than $600 million in taxable value at complete buildout and over $1 million in sales tax revenue to the City of Anna through construction sales/use taxes. The City also approved a Public Improvement District (PID) for the development and will receive more than $3 million in PID fees.
