Sherman, Texas -- People in the Sherman area are anxiously anticipating the City of Sherman's Snowflake Festival and Christmas Parade slated for Saturday, December 4, 2021.

The event will get underway with the Snowflake Festival at 2:00 p.m. Food trucks, vendors and booths will be set up around the Grayson County Courthouse Square for an afternoon of shopping and snacks. A bounce house will be set up for the kids and you can enjoy live music from 3:30 until 5:30 p.m. 

The Grayson County Courthouse Christmas Tree Lighting is set for 5:30 p.m. Kids can pose with Santa for free photos beside the tree.

The Christmas Parade is scheduled for 6:00 p.m.
