Emergency Medical Services run in Texas
McKinney, Texas (Nov. 23, 2021) – The McKinney Fire Department (MFD) is proud to announce the selection of Captain Jared Turner to the Governor’s EMS and Trauma Advisory Council, Emergency Medical Services Committee. This committee recommends improvements to the EMS/Trauma System to ensure comprehensive and efficient emergency care. Captain Turner will serve a twelve-month term beginning in Feb. 2022.
“Captain Turner is a leader in our department and we are proud that he is now taking his skills to the state level to help determine the best ways to provide emergency services to Texas communities,” said McKinney EMS Chief Charlie Skaggs.
