McKinney, Texas -- In the long-awaited Crosstown Showdown, the McKinney Lions had an early lead before the McKinney Boyd Broncos galloped off with a 26-14 victory.

The Lions had a 14-7 lead after the first quarter, but the Bronco  defense shut out the Lions for the next three quarters as McKinney Boyd won bragging rights for a year with a 12-point victory.
