Bonham Quilt Hop July 30-31

Bonham, Texas -- Get ready to hop to ten different locations.  All attractions open at 9:00 a.m. on Friday, July 30, except the Senior Center, which will not open until 1:00 because of lunch.  All attractions will open on Saturday, July 31 at 9:00 a.m.  The event will close at 4:00 p.m. both days.

Pick up a punch card at your first Quilt Hop stop and have it punched at each location.  Leave the punched card at your last stop which will enter you into the drawing for our door prizes.  The grandest is a beautiful wooden Quilting Hoop which sits on the floor in front of you for embroidering or quilting your favorite project.  The information asked for on the Punch Card is just so we can get in touch with you if you win a door prize and to send you “Save the Date “ information for the next years Quilt Hop.

This year the fun goes on past the display of over 300 quilts with a movie being shown on Friday night, July 30th at the Four Winds Victorian Venue & Suites. This is a FREE event which starts at 8:00 p.m.  The movie is titled “How To Make An American Quilt”.  This FREE movie is being sponsored by Jake Shockley and State Farm Insurance.  Parking will be at 309 Star Street, located behind the Four Winds.  This lovely Victorian Home is offering a 10 per-cent discount for a stay during the Quilt Hop.
