How many times in your life have you needed a helping hand?  Whether it was someone teaching you to ride a bicycle, or steadying the ladder while you climbed up to change a light, or even holding a door open when your hands were full, it was nice to have the help.

At the Alzheimer’s Association®, we believe in help, too.  That’s what’s behind the Alzheimer’s support groups.

When facing difficult times, having a good support network you can turn to for advice and encouragement helps you feel socially connected and gives you a sense of belonging and purpose. Connecting with others helps put your own experiences living or caring for someone with Alzheimer’s into perspective, and provides you with much-needed support and encouragement.

All of our programs and support are online and free.

The Alzheimer’s Association has six chapters in Texas, covering all 254 counties.  You can find a support program near you by contacting the chapter closest to your home.
