McKinney, Texas -- Don't miss your chance to explore Dinosaurs Live! Life-Size Animatronic Dinosaurs. The weekend forecast calls for warmer temperatures just in time to wrap up the exhibit for the season. We'll also be open Monday, February 17 from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. for the final day of the exhibit.

Walk back in time along a half-mile nature trail and be captivated as you watch life-size animatronic dinosaurs move and hear them roar. The exhibit includes fun facts and insights about the featured dinosaurs. This exhibit is included in general admission and is free for Heard Museum members.

Encounter the 46-foot T-Rex and nine new life-size animatronic dinosaurs along the Heard Natural Science Museum & Wildlife Sanctuary’s nature trails at the 14th annual Dinosaurs Live! Life-size Animatronic Dinosaurs exhibit. The exhibit always gives families and friends a fun, educational activity to enjoy together. See the dinosaurs move and hear them roar! Photo op and play area dinosaurs will be available as well.

This year, the exhibit also features an outdoor fossil dig. The dinosaur trail is jogging stroller friendly (it is not suitable for strollers with small wheels or wheelchairs). Click here for important tips and visitor guidelines.
