NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING

FANNIN COUNTY SUBDIVISION COMMITTEE
 

The Fannin County Subdivision Committee will hold a regular meeting on Wednesday, December 18, 2019 at 9:30 a.m. at the Derrell Hall Education Center/Agri-Life, located at 2505 N Center, Bonham, Texas. The purpose of the meeting is for the discussion and possible action on the following agenda items:

1.                    Call to order/ Establish Quorum;

2.                    Introductions;

3.                    Public Forum;

4.                    Approve Meeting Minutes from 11/20/19;

5.                    Discussion regarding specifications for asphalt and concrete roads which will be an addition to the Subdivision Regulations Handbook.

6.                    Discussion, consideration and action to approve that when dedicating roads on plats the road acreage is to be included on all plats in order to account for ALL of the acreage. This would be an addition to the Subdivision Regulations Handbook.

7.                    Discussion, consideration and action to approve a change to the verbiage in the Subdivision Regulations Handbook regarding Short Plats to read “If no new roads are being created.”

8.                    Discussion regarding new Subdivision related topics in the County;

9.                    Set next Subdivision Committee Regular Meeting date to Wednesday, January 29, 2020.
