Durant, Okla. – Sarah Stitt, the First Lady of Oklahoma, speaks Tuesday afternoon to an audience gathered in Montgomery Auditorium on the campus of Southeastern Oklahoma State University.
The First Lady moderated a panel discussion following the viewing of the documentary, “Resilience – The Biology of Stress and the Science of Hope.’’ The film chronicles the birth of a new movement among pediatricians, therapists, educators and communities, who are using cutting-edge brain science to disrupt cycles of violence, addiction and disease.
