REGULAR MEETING AGENDA

Call to Order

1. Consider and take action to approve minutes of the November 11^th regular meeting.

2. Consider and take action to accept financial report for month ending September 30, 2019, the month ending October 31, 2019 and the month ending November 30, 2019.

3. Citizens Opportunity to Speak: [The City Council invites persons with comments or observations to briefly address the Council for the limited purpose of determining whether the matter should be referred to staff for study and response and/or be placed on a future meeting agenda. 4. Presentation of plaque to Employee of the Month for November.

5. Consider and take action on a Special Use Permit at Albert Broadfoot & Lee St to change from single family residential to commercial.

6. Consider and take action on a resolution entering into a financing agreement with Government Capital for the purpose of procuring equipment.

6. Hold public hearing and consider and take action on an ordinance amending Ordinance 1372 establishing the monthly rates charged for hangar rentals at the City of Bonham Jones Field Municipal Airport.

7. Hold public hearing and consider and take action on an ordinance establishing and implementing a program to charge mitigation rates for the deployment of emergency and non-emergency services by the Fire Department.

8. Consider and take action on a resolution to cast votes for candidates to the 2020-2021 Board of Directors of the Fannin Central Appraisal District.
