Billy Gene White

Bonham, Texas -- Funeral services for Billy Gene White, 91, of Bonham, Texas will be at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, November 30, 2019 at Cooper-Sorrells Funeral Home Bonham, Texas. Bro. Eddy Prince will officiate; interment will follow at Willow Wild Cemetery. Mr. White passed away on Tuesday, November 26, 2019 at Seven Oaks Nursing Center.

Billy Gene White was born on June 29, 1928 in Hot Springs, AR to Walter Clayton and Dorothy (Sanders) White. He married Francis Laverne (Emerson) White on July 14, 1947 in Bonham, TX; she preceded him in death on January 3, 2017. Billy was a truck driver and of the Baptist faith.

He is survived by his children, Elaine Kennedy and husband James, Larry White, Pat Chaddick and husband James; grandchildren, Kerry Kennedy and wife Kim, Kevin White and wife Jenny, Aaron White, Brain Chaddick and Kim Howey and husband Sean; great grandchildren, Kendall Kennedy, Katy Kennedy, Charlotte White, Nathan White, Jarek Chaddick, Asher Chaddick, Eden Chaddick, Coyt Howey and Cason Howey; and sister, Ollie Evans.

He is also preceded him in death by his parents, grandchildren, Derrick White and Travis Chaddick and daughter-in-law, Susan White.

Serving as pallbearers will be Kerry Kennedy, Kendall Kennedy, James Kennedy, Brian Chaddick, James Chaddick and Sean Howey.

Visitation will be 1 hour prior to the service on Saturday, November 30, 2019, at Cooper-Sorrells Funeral Home.
