Operation hours are Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm.

WAREHOUSE OPERATIONS SPECIALIST
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
-pick and pack product for customer orders; pick and kit production orders;
-ship customer orders via FedEx or other carrier, including freight; load and unload trucks;
-receive and stock inbound shipments; maintain accuracy of inventory;
-perform and execute all material transactions in computer database;
-read, follow and execute job tasks as defined by electronic and/or hardcopy instructions;
-count and make simple arithmetic calculations;
-ensure that all policies and procedures are followed.
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
Forklift experience a PLUS!
-3 years minimum experience in shipping, with an emphasis on shipping parcel and freight via FEDEX
-3 years minimum experience in receiving and warehouse operations
-Customer service, problem solving, inventory control
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
-On feet 90% of the day on a concrete surface;
-Able to lift up to fifty (50) pounds by self and one-hundred and ten (110) pounds with assistance;
-Climb warehouse ladder on occasion;
-Bending, lifting, squatting, reaching 6-8 hours daily.
PRODUCTION ASSOCIATE
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
-assembly of production orders; picking and packing production orders; shipping customer orders;
-perform and execute material transactions; setting up projects on the CNC Machine;
-some material handling.
This position assists with and is a backup to both production and shipping.
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
-3 years minimum experience in production, manufacturing, assembly
-1 year minimum experience in warehouse operations: shipping, receiving, kitting
-Customer service, problem solving
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
-On feet 90% of the day on a concrete surface;
-Able to lift up to fifty (50) pounds by self and one-hundred ten (110) pounds with assistance;
-Climb warehouse ladder on occasion;
-Bending, lifting, squatting, reaching 6-8 hours daily.
CNC MACHINE OPERATOR.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
-Set up CNC machine(s) to meet daily production goals;
-Assist with assembly, gluing and pack-out;
-Troubleshoot machine errors/failures; perform maintenance as required;
-Follow company safety protocol;
-Maintain production records;
-Collaborate with the OPS and Design teams;
-Take ownership of customer orders, ensuring completion and satisfaction for all projects.
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
-3 YEARS experience using production machinery; tenured in understanding computers;
-Experience with various types machine programs;
-Basic math, geometry and trigonometry; conceptual, functional, mechanical and technical aptitude;
-Able to read blue prints and mechanical drawings;
-Knowledge of machine maintenance and operation;
-Attention to detail; good judgment; strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
-Solid skills in MS office: Excel, Word, Outlook;
-Energetic and a team player; good communicator, verbally and written, in English;
-Experience in CAD a plus!
