Notice is hereby given that the polling places listed below will be open from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. for voting in a special election on November 5, 2019, to adopt or reject the proposed Constitutional Amendments as submitted by the 86th Legislature, Regular Session, of the State of Texas;  to City of Bailey voters: to Legalize the sale of beer and wine in City of Bailey; to the Fannin County voters of the Frognot Water District, a Confirmation and Directors election, to confirm the conversion of the Frognot Water Supply Corporation to the Frognot Special Utility District.
