CENTRAL
 
Arcadia: May 2. The lake elevation is above average with temps around 64 and murky. Largemouth Bass are fair on crankbaits and spinnerbaits in the flats and standing timber. Catfish are good on shad and worms in channels and on points. Largemouth Bass are good on flukes and plastics in weed beds and flooded brush. Crappie are good on jigs and minnows at the docks, brush structure and riprap. Submitted by Mark Murray.
 
Hefner: May 2. The lake elevation is above average with temps around 64 and murky water. Largemouth Bass are fair on plastics, jigs and spinnerbaits along coves and shoreline. White and Hybrid Bass are fair on lipless baits, grubs and minnows at the docks and riprap. Crappie are slow on jigs and minnows at the docks and riprap. Submitted by Lucky Lure Tackle.
 
Overholser: May 1. The lake elevation is rising and the water is murky to muddy, temperature is 59 to 61. White bass are good on chicken liver, crawfish, cut bait, jigs, shrimp and worms at the dam, main lake, points and shorelines. Catfish are slow on cut bait and live bait in the main lake, points and shorelines. Crappie are slow on jigs and minnows along rocks. Fishing has slowed down due to the heavy rains over the weekend but should pick up with the improving weather. Hybrid's and white bass were being caught by fishing on bottom with baits, by floating worms, and other bait off the dam usually on a north wind. They were also being caught by casting jigs along the windy points and shores. Catfish were being caught by ballooning the baits into the main lake. Crappie were being caught off the rocks in the canal shallow. Depending on the water flow in the discharge area the catfish should be biting. The fishing has been varying from day to day usually from the weather.  Submitted by Vince Mesis.
 
Wes Watkins: May 2. The lake elevation is above average and the water is muddy. Catfish are good on chicken liver and punch bait in creek channels, shoreline and riprap. Submitted by Mike France.
 
NORTHEAST
 
Bell Cow: May 1. The lake elevation is above average and the water is muddy. Channel catfish are fair on stinkbait and worms along the shoreline. Submitted by Gary Emmons.
 
Carl Blackwell: April 30. The lake elevation is above average and the water temp is 61. Water clarity is muddy. Hybrid bass are slow on crankbaits, rogues and shad below the dam, in the main lake, along rip rap and the spillway. Crappie are fair on jigs, minnows and red/blue, chartreuse/black jigs at the docks, and crappie dock. All fishing is slow due to the changing weather and water levels. Fishing is also changing daily, due to weather conditions. Submitted by Emily Long.
 
Chandler: May 1. The lake elevation is above average and water clarity is muddy. Catfish are slow on stinkbait along shorelines. White crappie are slow on jigs and minnows along shorelines. Submitted by Gary Emmons.
 
Eucha: April 30. The lake elevation is normal, water temps are low 60s and the water clarity is stained. Largemouth bass are fair on crankbaits, jigs and spinnerbaits along brush structures, riprap, shallows and weed beds. Crappie are good on hair jigs, jigs and minnows along brush structure, docks, shallows and shorelines. Catfish are fair on chicken liver, shad stinkbait and worms along the channels and riprap. Ft. Gibson: April 30. The lake elevation is rising, water temps are 65 and water clarity is murky. Catfish are good on crawfish, shad and worms in the creek channels. All other fishing is slow due to rising waters.Submitted by Rick Stafford in Wagoner.
 
Grand: May 2. The lake elevation is rising, temps are 64 and water is stained. Crappie are fair on jigs, minnows and plastics along brush structures, coves, shallows and shorelines. White bass are fair on plastics, sassy shad and spoons below the dam and in main lake. Catfish are fair on shad below the dam and in the main lake. The water level on the lake is still rising with temperatures dropping and the water is strongly stained. There is a large inflow of debris from flooding into the lake. Debris is not limited to trees; there are docks and large structures as well. Boaters beware of seen and unseen hazards. Inflow and outflow currents are also strong. Please boat and fish with caution and wear your life jacket at all times.Submitted by Game Warden Marni Loftis
 
Greenleaf: May 2. The lake elevation is above average and water is 72 and murky. Bass are fair on bill baits, buzz baits, crank baits, jerk baits and white spinner bait. Crappie are good on grubs, hair jigs, jigs, minnows and tube jigs along brush structures, standing timber and 8-10 feet of water. Catfish are good on live shad, chicken liver, hot dogs and sunfish at the flats, points, channels, 12-15 feet of water and shallows. Submitted by Lark Wilson.
 
Keystone: May 2. The lake elevation is rising, and the water clarity is muddy. All fishing slow. Submitted by Karlin Bailey.
 
Lower Illinois: April 30. The lake elevation is above average, water temps are 65 and water clarity is muddy. All fishing is slow. Due to high water on Tenkiller Lake and the Arkansas River, the river is muddy and extremely high. Fishing is difficult for all species. Submitted by Warden Jeremy Bersche.
 
Oologah: April 30. The lake elevation is above average, water temps are 62 and the water clarity is murky. Catfish are good on chicken liver, shrimp and worms in creek channels. Good on catfish in creeks running into the lake. Lake is 10 ft above and rising. Some parks and boat ramps are closed. Contact Oologah Lake Corp office for more information.Submitted by Brek Henry.
 
Skiatook May 1. The lake elevation is above average, water temps are 60s and water clarity is muddy. Largemouth bass are fair on crankbaits, plastics and spinnerbaits along brush structure and shorelines. White bass are slow on inline spinnerbait, jigs and sassy shad along creek channels, riprap and running up the creeks. Catfish are fair on chicken liver and cut bait in flooded grassy areas. Sooner: May 2. The lake elevation is above average and the water clarity is murky. Fishing has been slow due to the recent rains and erratic temperatures. Submitted by Doug Gottschalk.
 
Spavinaw: April 30. The lake elevation is rising, water temps are low 60s and water clarity is muddy. Catfish are good on worms in creek channels. Submitted by Game Warden Cody Morris.
 
Webbers Falls: May 2. The lake elevation is above average, water is 72 and murky. Bass are good on bill baits, buzz baits, plastics, white spinner baits and crankbaits at the shallows, brush structure, channels, coves, flats, points riprap, rocks, shoreline and standing timber. Crappie are good on grubs, tube jigs, and red and green jigs along brush structure, channels, coves and standing timber. Catfish are good on chicken liver, cut bait, shad, sunfish and blood bait in channels, Coves, Flats, River Channel, Sand bar, Shallows, Shorelines, and Drift fishing and night fishing good. NORTHWEST
 
Canton: April 30. Elevation is above average. Water is 63 and clear. Catfish are good on shad in the shallows.  Bass are fair on crankbait and jigs in the river channel. Submitted by Mark Walker.
 
Ft. Supply: May 2. Elevation is above average. Water is clear. Crappie and bass are fair on minnows on points and, shorelines. Report submitted by Mark Reichenberger.
 
SOUTHEAST
 
Arbuckle: April 29. Elevation is above average. Water is 66 and stained. Bass are fair on Alabama rigs, flukes, jerk bait and and jigs around brush structure, coves, rocks and main lake. Crappie, white bass and smallmouth bass are excellent on jigs and spoons in creek channels. Channel catfish are good on dough bait and minnows in creek channels and main lake. Blue River: May 1. Elevation normal. Water is 57 and murky. Bass are fair on crankbaits, and spinner baits around brush structure, and rocks. Channel catfish are excellent on chicken liver, punch bait and stinkbait on rocks, brush structure and deeper pools below obstructions in current. Fishing is best in campground area. Trout are slow on Caddis flies and midges on points, and sand bars. Fish deep and slow. River conditions have made bass fishing slower than normal. Approximately 2,000 pounds of channel catfish were stocked on 4/26/2017, mainly in the campground area. Report submitted by Matt Gamble.
 
Broken Bow: April 30. Elevation below average, temp is 68. Bass fair on flukes, jigs and plastics. Catfish are slow on punch bait, stink bait, crawfish, cut bait and shrimp in the channels and coves.  Black crappie slow on live bait, minnows and tube jigs along brush structure, creek channels, main lake and standing timber. Durant: May 2. Elevation normal. Water clear. Bass fair on flukes and plastic baits on brush structure, flats and shallows. Catfish slow on chicken liver, cut bait, punch bait, shrimp and stinkbait in channels and main lake. Report submitted by Michael Ward.
 
Eufaula: April 30. Crappie excellent on jigs and minnows around brush structure, docks and shorelines. Bass good on live shad and minnows below the dam. Catfish fair on cut bait and live bait in main lake and river channel. Bass are good on live shad and sassy shad below the dam. Report submitted by Terry Springwater
 
Hugo: April 30. Elevation above average. Temp 64. Crappie good on jigs and minnows on brush structure, creek channels and shallows. Bass are fair on buzz baits, flukes, plastics and spinnerbait along brush structure, points, standing timber, and creek channels. Submitted by Jay Harvey.
 
Konawa: April 30. Elevation normal. Water 65 and clear. Largemouth good on crankbaits, lipless baits and plastics on shorelins and shallows. Report submitted by Dale Stites.
 
Lower Mountain Fork: April 30. Elevation normal. Water clear. Rainbow trout good on worms, powerbait, small lures and tube jigs below the dam and creek channels. Report submitted by April Drake, secretary at the Southeast Region Office.
 
McGee Creek: May 1. Elevation below average, water clear. Largemouth bass good on crankbaits, plastics and spinnerbaits on points. Channel catfish good on chicken liver in creek channel and flats. White crappie good on jigs along brush structure. Report submitted by Mark Hannah.
 
Murray: May 2. Elevation normal. Water 65 and clear. Bass fair on crankbaits, flukes, jerk bait, plastics, spinnerbaits and tube jigs on brush structure, points, rocks, and weed beds. White bass fair on crankbaits, hair jigs, jigs, minnows and sassy shad in coves, creek channels, main lakes and points. Pine Creek: April 30. Elevation dropping. Water clear. Crappie slow on jigs on brush structure.Bass fair on crankbaits along points. Catfish fair on chicken liver in channels. Report submitted by Mark Hannah.
 
Robert S. Kerr: April 30. Elevation above average. Water muddy. Crappie fair on jigs, and minnows in creek channels. Blue catfish good on cut bait, minnows and punch bait in creek channels. Largemouth fair on grubs, plastics and spinnerbaits in shallows and creek channels. Please be cautious of dangerous water conditions due to recent flooding. Always wear a life jacket. Texoma: May 1. Elevation below average. Water 66 and cloudy. Bass fair on live shad in main lake. Catfish good on cut bait, live bait and live shad in river channel and river mouth. Crappie good on hair jigs, in-line spinner bait, minnows, sassy shad, live bait, plastics, small lures and tube jigs along brush structure, shoreline and docks. Catfish are good on cut bait, live bait, live shad in the river channel and river mouth. Generation continues 24/7 with lots of water coming in and out. Stripers are small but easy to catch a limit. Crappie are still good at docks and brush shallow. Catfish are concentrated in Red and Washita Rivers with plenty still in the lake. Report submitted by Bob Wingo.
 
Wister: April 30. Water elevation is rising and temps are 71 and murky. Crappie fair on grubs, jigs shallow. Bass fair on plastics and spinnerbaits at brush structure and coves. Catfish good on cut bait in flats and main lake. Report submitted by James Williams.
 
SOUTHWEST
 
Ellsworth: April 30. Elevation above average. Water murky. Catfish are slow on cut bait, punch bait and shad at points and shallows. Crappie are slow on jigs and minnow on brush structure and shallows. All floodgates are closed. Report submitted by Mike Carroll.
 
Ft. Cobb: May 1. Elevation normal. Water 61 and murky. Crappie good on jigs, minnows, small lures and tube jigs on brush structure, creek channels, riprap and standing timber. Bass fair on alabama rig, buzz baits, crankbaits, flukes, jerk bait, minnows, plastics, sassy shad, and top water in channels, on brush structure, dam and riprap. Catfish good on chicken liver, crawfish, cut bait, dough bait, hot dogs, punch bait, shad and stinkbait in channels, coves, creek channels and points. Report submitted by Tyler Howser.
