Community rallies to help tornado victims

In October, Sandra and Sharon Newton (BHS Classes of '70 and '71) and their husbands moved together into their new home near Garland.  This home was completely destroyed in the December 26 tornado.  
 
Linda Horton ('70) and Brenda Pratt Baldwin ('70) quickly posted sizes of clothing needed.  Linda opened a GoFundMe page to begin raising funds.  
 
Bryan ('72) and Cheryl ('73) Peeler joined Charlotte Watson ('71) in creating a fund to receive donations for the family through Fannin Bank.
 
Lynne Dismang Sterling ('71) is working on a benefit concert, venue to be determined.

Disaster can hit any of us.  All of us pitching in just a little will add up to great relief for the Newton/Hall/Dearing families.  Every contribution of any size is greatly appreciated.
