7.1 Consider and act upon adopting the Merriam Webster definition of arsenal as requested by resident at 201 Pecan St. who is starting up a home based business.
7.2 Consider and act upon appointing and/or reappointing individuals to the Tom Bean Planning and Zoning Board – unexpired term, June 2014.
7.3 Consider and act upon approving Amendment to Interlocal Agreement for Grayson County Multi-Jurisdictional Emergency Notification System.
7.4 Consider and act upon allocating budgeted Street Maintenance & Repairs for sealing and restriping City Hall parking lot not to exceed $3,610.
7.5 Consider and act upon donating water usage for a car wash at the Tom Bean Fire Department parking lot on July 13, supporting the Tom Bean High School Drill Team.
7.6 Consider and act upon offering supplemental insurance from National Family Care Life Insurance Company to employees.
7.7 Consider and act upon Development Agreement between Eric Boyd and the City of Tom Bean.
7.8 Consider and act upon allocating budgeted Maintenance and Repair-Sewer Plant-- for the purchase and installation of an Eastech 2200 open channel flowmeter with sensor and Honeywell DR4300 circular chart recorder/totalizer not to exceed $5000.
