DURANT, Okla. – For the ninth-straight summer, Southeastern football will be hosting the Gridiron Golf Shoot-out, with this year's event scheduled for June 22 at Silverado Golf Course in Durant, Okla.
 
The event features a 9 a.m. shotgun start, with checkin scheduled to begin at 7:30 a.m. that morning.

The Shoot-out is one of the largest annual fundraisers for the Southeastern's football program.
 
Proceeds from this event benefit the SE football program, and 100 percent of every dollar raised goes toward basic program needs such as travel, equipment and apparel necessary for our student-athletes to compete.
 
SE is seeking fans that would be interested in sponsoring or playing in the tournament, or both.
 
The registration includes breakfast during registration and lunch after the tournament and would like to have all team/sponsor registration forms returned by June 14th.
 
SE has set three levels of sponsorship for this event – Gold ($500), Blue ($200), White ($100), but would graciously accept any amount you are willing to give.
 
Gold sponsors receive a complimentary foursome and a game jersey. Blue sponsors receive a game jersey. All sponsors receive a course sign at the tournament as well as recognition on the team website.
 
Football will also accept donations of prizes to be given away at the tournament.
 
Fan support is instrumental in helping Southeastern become one of the top NCAA Division II programs in the country.
 
SE will also be honoring the 1988-1989 championship football teams at the tournament on Saturday. Also, make plans to attend the Gridiron Golf Southeastern Social on Friday, June 21st at the Southeastern Magnolia House (President's House) from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Drinks and snacks will be provided.
