
Ayre is the daughter of mom, Cindy Bardwell and dad, Mike Bardwell. She has two sisters, Skye Durst and Katelyn Bardwell and brother , Chase Bardwell.
Softball was the outstanding sport for Ayre. She received 2nd team All-District 1st base 2012 and 2nd team All-District 2013 1st base in 2013. She has also worked as a football trainer.
Ayre enjoys playing softball, working with kids, and being outside.
“I plan to attend Southeastern State University to receive a nursing degree. While attending SOSU, I have been given the opportunity to be a football trainer.” Ayre said.
Elias is the son of Alan and Jesse Ballard. He enjoys computer designing and computer software making.
While at BHS Elias as played varsity baseball for three years as a letterman and been part of the three-year playoff run for the Warriors. He also played varsity football for two years and this past season was part of the playoff team. He also was selected as 1st Team All-District Defensive Back.
His hobbies include working on computers, while at the same time programming them as well. In his spare time, he has also worked for Mrs. Dana Taylor at the Visitors Center for two semesters his junior year.
“I plan to complete my basics at Collin County Community College and work with Clown Around Party Business. After completing my basics, I plan on going to the Art Institute in Dallas.” Elias said.
The seniors selected each month receive a free lunch compliments of Cappy’s Café with the administration or a member of the Board of Trustees, have their pictures taken to be displayed in the school and have their pictures and bios published in the local media.
Once selected, the seniors were eligible to become the Warrior Boy and Girl of the Year. This was announced at the Senior Awards Night on May 28, 2013.
