Melba Corder Gann, 78, of Shelbyville, Texas passed away Friday, May 17, 2013 at Pine Grove Nursing Home in Center.  She was born November 25, 1934 in Ravenna to Cleland Corder and Mary Gibbons Corder.  Ms. Gann was a Teacher’s Aide at Shelbyville ISD for many years and was a member of McClelland Community Church in Shelbyville.

Visitation will be held from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Saturday, May 18, 2013 at Watson & Sons Funeral Home in Center.  Funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Sunday, May 19, 2013 at Watson & Sons Chapel with Bro. Chris Collins, Sister Melba Rodgers officiating.  Interment will follow at McClelland Cemetery in Shelbyville with Bro. Arvis Moore presiding. 

Pallbearers will be Jason Burch, Daniel Holloway, Michael Lee, Ryan Arwine, Jimmy Deal, Donald Hale, Colt Bush and Chad Haley.  Honorary pallbearers will be her grandsons; Jessie Vaughn, Craig Lewis, Jack Armstreet and J.L. Berel.
