First Presbyterian Church of Bonham describes itself as a warm, friendly, worshipful church with people who believe in the importance of God in their daily lives and are committed to making a positive impact on the community.
Their vision is to offer the community a growing, inclusive, tolerant church home with diversity in every way. They strive to assume a leadership role in the community by publicly addressing and meeting challenges together – in the name of God’s grace and testified to by the life and death of Jesus Christ.
The congregation is an integral part of Fannin County life. The gifts and talents of the members are utilized throughout our community; from technical and artistic skills to downright hard work, Presbyterian volunteers are always busy somewhere. Great Days of Service, Habitat for Humanity, Hannah’s Horseshoes of Hope, the Goodland Boys Home, Fannin County Community Ministries, Fannin County Children’s Center, Meals on Wheels and Fannin County Ministerial Alliance are among the groups supported by the church and/or its individual members.

Each Sunday, First Presbyterian offers a contemporary worship service at 9:00 am and a traditional one at 11:00 amas well as Sunday school classes for children, youth and adults at 10:00 am. First Presbyterian is a “come as you are” congregation. At worship services, some people are dressed in jeans and others are in their "Sunday Best." For more information, go to www.fpc-bonham.org.
