Please join us for the next meeting of the "Grow Your Own Food" Garden Club. This time we're going on a field trip! This Saturday, May 11 at 10:00 a.m. meet at Sweetwater Farm where we will caravan/carpool to Gil and Marilyn Alexander's House to visit their vegetable and herb garden which is all grown in (about 50) containers. Their house is about 15 miles from Sweetwater Farm. We'll have maps and directions for each driver.

Bring a picnic lunch, if you like, to enjoy under the trees by Gil and Marilyn's beautiful pond.

It should be a beautiful day!

Remember, the "Grow Your Own Food" Garden Club is free and open to everyone - new and experienced gardeners alike. No dues, no officers - just folks who want to know more about growing their own nutritious food. We meet the second Saturday of each month at 10:00 a.m. at Sweetwater Farm.
