Despite the cool weather, there was a warm spirit at the recent Fannin County Prayer Rally held at Powder Creek Park in Bonham. 

The event was hosted by the Fannin Pregnancy Care Center  and the Texoma Pro-Life Association.  The central focus of the prayers was the moral decline of America.  Speakers were:  Decline of the Family: Jeff Davis, pastor of Victory Life in Sherman. Finance Decline:  Randy Bowen, Financial Advisor in Bonham.  Sexual decline:  Teresa Hollahan, Abstinence Co-coordinator for Fannin Pregnancy Care Center. Pro-Life Issues:  Gerry Brundage, President of Texoma Pro-Life Association. Norman Lance served as Master of Ceremonies.
