Home Hospice will present a special event for Valentines Day entitled “Sweet vs. Sour:  When Grief Steals Your Chocolate” on Monday, February 13 from 4:30-6:00 p.m. at the Home Hospice office which is located at 505 W. Center Street in Sherman.  “Valentines Day can be a sad day for those who are grieving and this program helps you remember the sweet amidst the sour,” says Jolene Senek, LBSW, CT., the Bereavement Coordinator at Home Hospice.  “We will enjoy indulging in chocolate while we take a look at the lighter side of grief.  People are sometimes surprised that they are able to laugh and enjoy while living in the midst of grief and this is a good opportunity to have a great evening surrounded by others who are on the same journey.”  Reservations are required by Friday, February 10 so adequate materials and chocolate will be available for all.

If you have questions or would like to reserve a spot, you may call 903-868-9315 or email jolene.senek@homehospice.org.
