Do you like Southern Gospel music? Would you like to be ministered to by some really good worship songs that people will want to talk about for days and weeks to come? If so here's your chance.

On Saturday, February 18 at 6:00, Gigi and Randy Burgess will perform along with The Songfellows Quartet at The Culleoka Baptist Church on 3052 FM 982, three miles south of Princeton, next to Gilbert's Grocery Store. Admission is free.

Gigi and Randy Burgess

Gigi and Randy Burgess are members of Culleoka Baptist Church, so if you belong to that church (or have attended services there) they would be very familiar faces. The Songfellows Quartet consist of Bob Jones Jr., Ed Hill, Rick Strickland, and Brad Smith. The band (which over the decades has featured many performers, including founders Bob Jones Sr. and Earle Weatherford, both members of the Southern Gospel Music Hall of Fame) has some CDs available on its website www.songfellows.net, so if you're not able to come you'll still have a chance to listen to their music.

This may be a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to hear a rich piece of Southern Gospel history, so don't miss out. If you have the time and the gas, please come.
