Van Alstyne -- The Bonham Warriors assured themselves of at least a share of the District 10-3A championship with a 12-point win at Van Alstyne.
The Warriors went up 12-8 at the first buzzer and slowly pulled away for a double-digit win on the road.
Bonham led 22-16 at halftime and the Warriors had built a 10-point cushion, 36-26, going into the fourth quarter. Bonham padded its lead by two points down the stretch to put a 44-32 win in the books.
The Warriors have a perfect 6-0 record in district.
Bonham's Dra Smith dropped in a dozen points to lead all scorers, D.C. Porter was only one point off the pace with 11 points and Ryan Woodruff also had a double-digit outing with 10 points. Koltin Kinkade scored seven, with Clay Parsons and Greg Moses both tossing in two points for the Warriors.
Sorrels scored eight to lead Van Alstyne, Z. Davis had seven points, White put up six points, Linnebur finished with five points, Polk had four points and Pickett pitched in two points for the Panthers.
The Bonham Warriors will host Anna on February 7 and then say goodbye to District 10-3A with a tough road trip to Celina.
