Bonham, Texas -- Graveside services with military honors for Keith David Tharp, age 70 of Bonham, TX will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, February 4, 2012 at Mulberry Cemetery. Bro Morris Cook and Bro. Eddie Ober will officiate the service. Military honors will be rendered by United States Navy Honor Guard. Mr. Tharp passed away on Tuesday, January 31, 2012 at Texoma Medical Center in Denison, TX.

Keith David Tharp was born in Alexandria, IN on December 27, 1941 to Thomas and Dimple (Luttrell) Tharp. Keith married Betty (Roberts) Tharp on June 20, 1986 in CA.  He served in the United States Navy, and was engineer maintenance man for Lonestar Rail.

Keith is survived by wife Betty Tharp of the home, sons Kevin Tharp of IN, and Jeff Tharp of IN, 3 daughters Melissa Roberts of Bonham, Elizabeth Roper of Bonham, and Anna Jenkins of Bonham, 6 grandchildren, brother Tommy Tharp of IN, sister Marsha of Dallas, mother Dimple Tharp, and many extended family members. Keith is preceded in death by his father.

Family night will be held on Thursday, February 2, 2012 at Cooper-Sorrells Funeral Home in Bonham, TX from 6-8 p.m.
