Wolfe City -- The Honey Grove Warriors improved to 17-6 on the season and 5-3 in District 17A with a 67-34 victory over the Wolfe City Wolves.
 
Honey Grove opened up a double-digit lead in the first quarter and then put the game away with a 23-7 run in the third period.  The Warriors cruised to a 33-point win, 67-34.
 
Jeremy Patt scored 17 to lead Honey Grove, Charles Sanders finished with 14 points, Dillon Baugh knocked down nine points, Cody Joyce had eight points, Cam Brooks scored six, Hussian Jabai put up five points, Russell Gibbs dropped in two points, Darius Brown and Aaron Foster each chipped in two points and Malcom Johnson added a free throw.
 
For Wolfe City, Bostick threw in 13 points, Andrews had eight points, Wilkinson scored seven, with Gaffney and Harbin both putting up three points.
