Mr. and Mrs. Glynn and Chele Walker of College Station, formerly of Bonham are pleased to announce the engagement and approaching marriage of their daughter, Jessica Michele Walker, to Nicholas Anthony DeJong, son of Mr. and Mrs. Willy and Marilyn DeJong of Dublin, Texas.

Jessica is originally from Bonham, Texas where she was Valedictorian of Bonham High School. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from Texas A&M University in 2009 with a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies.  She lives in Dalhart, Texas, where she is currently Teaching third grade at Dalhart Elementary School.

Nick was raised in Dublin, Texas and graduated from Texas A&M University in 2010 with a Bachelor of Science in Agribusiness. He lives in Hartley, Texas, where he is Ranch Manager of Natural Prairie and DJ Heifer Ranch.

Nick and Jessica will be married April 14, 2012 at Christ the Good Shepherd Chapel in Bryan. Following their honeymoon, the couple will reside in Hartley.
