  4. Approve minutes of previous meeting(s) – County Clerk
  5. Discussion, consideration and action to approve utilization of County Courthouse grounds during June 2, 2012, Hwy 82 Garage Sale event – Taylor
  6. Consideration and action to approve Proclamation declaring Friday, February 3, 2012 as National Wear Red Day in Fannin County and to approve County Judge to sign on behalf of Fannin County – County Judge 
  7. Consideration and action to approve bid process for SECO Energy Grant SOW regarding replacement of existing single bulb magnetic ballasted surface mount light fixtures with lay-in for suspended ceiling energy efficient fixtures for  Courthouse.  Bid documents to be reviewed by County Judge and Commissioners before submission to vendors – Purchasing Agent
