Tom Bean Friends of Library will host a special event for their annual meeting. Annette Hayes and Aleda Carpenter will perform a mini-concert on autoharps. Matt Sullivan, an attorney with Masters of Law in both Taxation and Elder Law will discuss "Estate Planning Basics."

Everyone is invited. Refreshments will be served.

The meeting will be held Saturday, Feb. 4, at 10:00 in the community room of Tom Bean City Hall.
 
After the entertainment and lecture, the Friends will hold their annual meeting. They are recruiting a treasurer and discussing specific plans for the annual winter BarBQ scheduled Feb. 25.
