Purpose: This is a proven effective method for controlling eastern red cedar vs. chemical or mechanical means. This is a proven effective method for weed control in pastures vs. chemical treatment or mechanical means. Increased weeds for wildlife could be accomplished with proper timing of the prescribed burn. Increased seedling vigor is also achieved in native range plants.
