The Dodd City Lady Hornets pulled out a big win at home Tuesday night versus the Ector Lady Eagles. 

The Lady Hornets got off to a quick start, leading the Lady Eagles 13-5 after the first quarter.  Dodd City extended the lead to 24-15 at the half, but the Lady Eagles came out strong in the third quarter, outscoring the Lady Hornets 17-10 to cut the lead to 34-32 going into the final period.  The Lady Hornets responded to the challenge and were able to finish with a 46-39 win. 

Jenna Wallace led Dodd City with 16 points, Keeshia Thompson had 15 points, Katelynn Woodlee added six points, Briann Hilliard had five points and Misty Goodin scored four points. 

The Lady Hornets will host the Roxton Lady Lions Friday night.
