Tom Bean's Olivia Burns receives scholarships

Tom Bean High School senior Olivia Burns, daughter of Robby Burns and Chimene Nicholas Deniger

Olivia received the following scholarships:
Blue and Gold Scholarship from Texas A&M Commerce- $4,000
Ruth Bound Harris Endowment from Texas A&M Commerce- $4604
Academic Honors Scholarship from Austin College- $9000

School Activities and Honors:
Participated in Theatre, Track, Volleyball, UIL One Act Play
Was a part of National Honors Society and International Thespian Society
Track and Field Regional Qualifier in 2009, 2010
Honorable Mention All Star in UIL One Act Play Cast 2008, 2009, 2010
All Star Cast in UIL One Act Play in 2009, 2010, 2011

Olivia plans on attending Texas A&M University-Commerce and majoring in social work.
