Lake of the Arbuckles: December 10. Elevation 2 ft. below normal, water 51 and stained. White bass being caught on 3/8 ounce chrome spoons at 30-55 ft. off ledges of creek channels. Crappie being caught on jigs, spoons and minnows along ledges in 45-65 ft. Crappie slow off docks. Bass being caught on spinnerbaits, crankbaits in shad patterns and shakey-head jigs off points. Blue River: December 7. Elevation slightly low, water 47 and normal. Trout excellent on salmon eggs, Power Bait and inline spinnerbaits. Fly fishing good on olive woolly buggers, zebra nymphs, caddis flies and San Juan worms. Smallmouth and spotted bass fair on soft plastics in slack water around structure. Channel catfish good on stinkbait, livers and cut minnows in deeper pools just off of current. Report submitted by Matt Gamble, biologist at the Blue River Public Fishing and Hunting Area.

Broken Bow: December 21. Elevation 10 ft. below normal, water mid 50s. Largemouth, smallmouth and spotted bass good on shakey-head jigs with finesse worms and on finesse jigs at 5-20 ft. along creek channels, bluff walls and river points. Catfish fair on juglines and trotlines baited with cut bait. Crappie good on minnows and jigs at 20-30 ft. in the upper end. Report submitted by Dru Polk, game warden stationed in McCurtain County.

Eufaula: December 21. Elevation 3 ft. below normal, water clear. Largemouth bass slow. White bass slow. Blue catfish fair on fresh shad in the shallow flats. Crappie fair on minnows and jigs at 8-18 ft. around boat docks with brush and standing timber. Report submitted by Ed Rodebush, game warden stationed in McIntosh County.

Hugo: December 11. Elevation 5 ft. below, water 62. Crappie fair on minnows and jigs along the river channel in and around stump beds. Blue catfish fair on juglines baited with shad. Report submitted by Jay Harvey, game warden stationed in Choctaw County.

Konawa: December 21. Elevation normal, water 48 and clear. Largemouth bass fair on crankbaits at 5-8 ft. around points. All other fishing slow. Report by Daryl Howser, game warden stationed in Seminole County.

Lower Mountain Fork River: No report submitted this week.

McGee Creek: December 12. Elevation 1 3/4 ft. below normal, water 57 and clear. Crappie fair on minnows and jigs at 16-24 ft. around cedar brush off main creek channels. Largemouth bass fair on soft plastic lures around structure and off rocky points. Report submitted by Larry Luman, game warden stationed in Atoka County.

Murray: No report submitted this week.

Pine Creek: December 12. Elevation extremely below normal, water clear.  Bass are fair on jigs and crank baits near mouths of creeks.  Crappie are fair on spoons in the deeper parts of the lake.  Catfish are good on cut shad, chicken liver and stinkbaits. Robert S. Kerr: December 21. Elevation normal, water murky. Catfish fair on juglines and trotlines baited with fresh shad. All other fishing slow. Report submitted by Leland Sockey, game warden stationed in Haskell County.

Sardis Lake: December 21. Elevation below normal, water murky. Crappie fair to good on minnows and jigs at 18-25 ft. All other fishing slow. Report submitted by Dane Polk, game warden stationed in Pushmataha County.

Texoma: December 12. Elevation 1 ft. below normal, water 59 and clear. Largemouth and smallmouth bass fair to good on plastic combination baits at 10-20 ft. in the creek channels. Striped and white bass fair to good on live bait and slabs at 10-20 ft. in the river channels. Channel and blue catfish fair to good on live bait and cut shad at 10-20 ft. around the points. Crappie fair on minnows and small jigs at 5-15 ft. around the fish attractors and underwater brush. Sunfish fair on worms at 5-10 ft. around the fish attractors and riprap. Paddlefish fair to good below the dam. Report submitted by Danny Clubb, game warden stationed in Bryan County.

Wister: December 12. Elevation 2 ft. below normal, water murky. Largemouth bass fair on spinnerbaits, worms and jigs and very good on crankbaits. Crappie fair to good on minnows and jigs at 8-10 ft. around structure. Channel catfish fair on juglines baited with cut shad and liver.
